Another busy weekend lies ahead<\/strong> for Fairford YFC – here’s your Match Day guide for Sunday, 18th February 2024. <\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

As usual,<\/strong> our sessions for our youngest players, Kickstart start from 9am, while our home games kick of from 10:30am. For our travelling teams, kick offs start from 9:30am. <\/p>\n

Please remember to check with your coaches before travelling – with recent heavy rain some games could fall foul of the weather. <\/p>\n

Home Fixtures<\/strong><\/p>\n

This weekend we have 8 home games at Horcott, across the Development Games and our North Wilts Youth League games. Both our U8 Buccaneers and Harriers are both at home, while the U9 Thunderboltd and U10 Raptors round out our programme of home development games. <\/p>\n

Moving up to competitive league fixtures, our U15s find themselves currently 5th in Division 2, with a chance to move as high as 3rd in the league. Elsewere over on our Coln House pitches, the U12 Ospreys face Malborough, while our U16s welcome Chiseldon<\/p>\n

The U14s have the chance to climb as high as 2nd in their division, should results go their way. <\/p>\n

Match Snacks
\n<\/strong>Match Snacks will be open from 9am, offering everything from bacon rolls to porridge pots, tea, coffee and hot chocolate. We’ve also got a great range of sweets, crisps and cold drinks. All proceeds from Match Snacks go direct to supporting the improvements and development at FYFC! Cash and card are accepted. <\/p>\n

Parking<\/strong>
\nPlease park safely and consider our neighbours. Wherever possible, please make your way to Horcott Road either on foot, or bicycle. We have recently benefitted from the installation of cycle racks at Horcott, so please feel free to make use of them. If travelling by car, our car park has limited capacity – if you find our car park is full, please park in Horcott Road Industrial Estate, opposite the ground, there’s plenty of parking just a minute or two’s walk from the ground. Please do not park on Horcott Road<\/strong> and please respect the traffic cones placed on the road – our aim is to keep traffic and neighbour disruption to a minimum, but above all else, keep the road safe for players, parents and supporters.<\/p>\n
