It takes practice, effort, dedication, understanding self correction, concentration, stamina, determination, patience, self control- in fact it offers so many benefits for something that is quite simple to arrange.<\/p>\n<p>The criteria is that it has to be witnessed by a coach, or as a parent you can video the attempt on your phone and send to your team coach.
